carpkid 02/10/10 01:35 PM	Went fishing after school yesterday, caught a few pickerel and a black crappi the i caught a 12.8 pound northern pike. I had never seen a pike in my life before and there is no way that it should have been in that pond and it was dark so i assumed it was a chain pickerel. Went to get it weight for the state record which is 9.6 pounds. Thats when we realized it was a pike. Great catch though

pop 01/25/10 09:51 AM	First outing of the year this coming weekend (3 days). Six of us in the group. We will be fishing a trout lake so only 2 tackle per person allowed. I'll take photos - hopefully we'll have some fish in them!
