Anchoring a bag to the ceiling is the best. The double end
upper cut bag spins when you hit the ends. You can slip
the bag and or maneuver and punch the other end as it’s
spinning at you. Now slam an uppercut or two and then
a good hard 1-2 punch in the center of the bag. There’s
quite a bit of a difference between the two bags.
