New to this forum and looking forward to learning and sharing. Admittedly, I do more spearfishing than rod and reel, but looking to spend more time fishing from above water with family.
Decided to leave the boat in for the winter, docked in Wickford. I hear more and more about cod being caught close to Block. I do not plan to venture out of the bay in winter for safety reasons. Have any of you caught or heard about cod being found in Narragansett Bay during the winter. Thinking about deep areas in East passage and a few spots out front.
